Arabica Coffee
In Mexico, Arabica coffee dominates production, thriving in Chiapas, Oaxaca, and Veracruz, where volcanic soils and cool climates at 600–2,000 meters altitude nurture exceptional beans. Representing nearly 95% of national output, Arabica delivers smooth, aromatic cups with bright acidity and flavor notes from citrus and floral to chocolate.
